Pet Grooming FAQs

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This Means if you have a 8 am appointment  Monday. 1st  - I must be notified before 8 pm Sunday  31st the day prior . Not Morning Of . 

Sorta Of As Of August - I will be asking for $40.00 Upfront which is your Cancellation/ No Show  amount. If you show up to your Appointment it goes right towards your grooming Appointment. 

It will be on your Bill too. 

 IF you don't Show or cancel in Less then 24 Hours .  it becomes your Cancellation fee. 

Since I live in the country area Of Florence. I sent a text so you can do this to your Phone . and I will also Provide a area on the Website. to Pay .

How Matts happen why it’s dangerous 

Matting occurs when hair wraps around itself and becomes tangled, often wrangling in dead skin cells and loose hairs that further thicken the mat. 

Matted dog fur begins in a small and somewhat thin patch, but as time goes on without brushing or a detangling attempt the mat begins growing and creeping closer to the skin. Becoming larger harder to shave through. 

If the mat does reach the skin, serious infections can occur that may require the attention of a groomer and possibly a trip to your vet.
